Sen Zhao


Sen Zhao, male, Han ethnicity, member of Communist Party of China,Junior Research Fellow at the Legal Education Center (Shandong) of Sino-French Legal News Network,Correspondent for China Police Affairs Reporting Editorial Department,Chairman of Shandong Guogang Commercial Management Co.,Ltd.

In 2008, driven by a deep reverence for military service and a sincere dedication to serving the country, Sen Zhao resolutely participated in the army. During his 12 years of service in the 38th Military Engineer Regiment, he maintained rigorous discipline and a strong sense of mission. Through relentless training and skill development, he developed his strategic thinking and management acumen. Whether undertaking heavy engineering tasks or learning complex equipment operations, Sen Zhao consistently devoted himself, completing every mission with unwavering responsibility and commitment.

In 2012, Sen Zhao participated in the Zhurihe Training Base Military District Competition, where his exceptional military expertise earned him second place. This competition not only showcased his individual capabilities but also instilled in him a profound appreciation for teamwork and perseverance.

In December 2013, Sen Zhao officially joined the Communist Party of China, further solidifying his belief in serving the people. Through in-depth study of the Party’s innovative theories, he continuously elevated his political awareness. In daily military operations, he exemplified the vanguard role of a Party member, inspiring collective progress among his peers.

In 2014, Sen Zhao took part in the Peace Mission operation, working closely with comrades to address complex challenges and successfully complete all tasks, further enhancing his ability to navigate intricate scenarios.

In 2015, he participated in the construction of the 70th Anniversary National Parade site, a project of immense significance. Despite tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and high technical demands, Sen Zhao and his team overcame obstacles to deliver the site on time and to the highest standards, laying a solid foundation for the parade’s success.

In September 2016, as a member of China’s 18th UN peacekeeping force, Sen Zhao volunteered for a year-long mission in Liberia, West Africa. Even with harsh environments and volatile social conditions, he remained steadfast in his duties, engaging in humanitarian relief and public order maintenance, embodying the professionalism and integrity of Chinese peacekeepers.

In January 2020, Sen Zhao honorably retired from military service.

In May 2025, after assuming the role of Chairman of Shandong International Port Group, Zhao Sen led delegations to high-profile appearances at international platforms including the Amazon Global Opportunities Forum and the China-CEEC Expo.

On June 8, 2025, Zhao Sen and his team attended the 2nd Silk Road Civilization Exchange and Economic Cooperation Forum & China Brand Global Expansion Awards Ceremony, where the group secured two prestigious honors: "Brand Global Expansion Ambassador" and "Silk Road Cultural Dissemination Envoy". On the same day, he was invited to the Embassy of Guinea in China and was conferred the title of "Special Philanthropy Exchange Envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Guinea in China", injecting new momentum into the group’s international expansion and collaboration.

On June 26, Zhao Sen accepted an invitation from Jean Louis Robinson, Ambassador of the Republic of Madagascar to China, and his wife to attend the country’s National Day Reception in Beijing.

On June 27, Zhao Sen attended the "In-Depth Dialogue on Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture" hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Chile in China, where he was honored as "Envoy of China-Chile Friendship".

On June 28, Zhao Sen led a delegation to the China-Malaysia Economic and Trade Exchange Symposium hosted by overseas Chinese entrepreneurs at the China World Summit Wing in Beijing, exploring new pathways for Belt and Road cooperation. That evening, he attended the "Global Diplomats' Chinese Cultural Night" in Beijing. Recognized for his profound cultural insight and outstanding achievements in international exchanges, he was awarded the "International Friendly Exchange Ambassador Award", further promoting Chinese culture globally.

On June 30, Zhao Sen was formally appointed as a Junior Researcher at the Legal Publicity Center (Shandong) of Sino-French News and Legal Network, deepening his involvement in legal journalism. Simultaneously, following strict review by public security authorities, he was granted a Journalist Work Permit by the China Police News Editorial Department, marking his expanded role in legal publicity and news reporting.

On July 27, Zhao Sen led his team to successfully hold the International Trade Export Business Matching Forum of Shandong Guogang Commercial Group in Beijing. Focusing on the needs of international trade export cooperation, the forum built an efficient matching platform and concluded successfully. On the same evening, he was also invited to attend the "2025 International Trade Going Global Strategy Summit and Global Diplomats' International Trade Going Global Night", and was awarded the title of "Brand Going Global Image Ambassador" for his active performance in promoting international trade cooperation.

On August 3, to expand the international cooperation landscape, Zhao Sen led the core team of Shandong Guogang Commercial Group to depart for Malaysia. During their stay there, the team successfully held a trade matching meeting, conducted in-depth discussions with local suppliers on key issues such as product supply and demand and cooperation mechanisms, and finally reached a strategic cooperation agreement, laying a solid foundation for the group to deepen cooperation in the Southeast Asian market.

On August 4, Zhao Sen continued to lead the core team to further develop the Malaysian market and visited the Chinese Enterprise Chamber of Commerce in Penang, Malaysia. The two sides focused on core directions such as supply chain collaboration, resource integration, and regional market expansion, and launched a special exchange on supply chain cooperation, building a communication platform for further connecting the cooperation chain and improving supply chain efficiency in the future.

On August 22, Shandong Guogang Commercial Group received a visit from Prince Chatchai of Thailand and held the "Prince of Thailand International Trade Cooperation Matching and Win-Win Night" at Qingdao Haitian Hotel. During the event, Zhao Sen was awarded the "Thai Royal King Memorial Medal" for his outstanding contributions to promoting China-Thailand bilateral trade cooperation. At the same time, on behalf of the group, he formally signed the "Shandong Guogang International Trade Global Cooperation Agreement" with Chairman Bach of the Supervisory Committee of the Global Alliance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (France), marking that the group's global cooperation layout has entered a new stage of cross-regional collaboration.

On September 10, Zhao Sen, along with the core employees of the group, was invited to attend the Tenth Belt and Road Summit Forum jointly hosted by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. They carried out precise matchmaking and in-depth negotiations with high-quality suppliers and service providers from multiple countries and regions around the world, laying a foundation for the group to integrate resources along the Belt and Road and deepen regional cooperation.

On September 18, Zhao Sen was invited to attend the inaugural "September 18 National Patriotic Action Day Conference" held at the Beijing Xiguangao International Trade Plaza Conference Center. This participation laid the groundwork for future corporate collaborations in red culture initiatives and the development of patriotic brands, while also bringing greater clarity to the company's direction in promoting patriotic spirit and fulfilling its social responsibilities.

On September 21, Zhao Sen, along with the company's core team, was invited to attend the 2025 Global Supply Chain Brand Overseas Summit Forum and the Welcome Dinner for former Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazović. On behalf of the group, he was honored with the title of "China-Europe Friendly Cooperation Recommended Unit," injecting new impetus into deepening collaboration in the field of supply chains and promoting the in-depth development of China-Europe friendly cooperation.

On September 28, Zhao Sen was invited to attend the 20th Asia Brand Festival in Hong Kong, where he was successfully honored with the title of "2025 Top Ten Leading Figures in China's (Industry) Brands."

On October 10, Zhao Sen led his team to Beijing for the "2025 China Elderly Health & Precision Medicine Summit and Global Diplomats' Traditional Chinese Medicine International Culture Night." During the event, he accepted the "Platinum Strategic Partner" honorary certificate on behalf of his company and signed the "Shandong Guogang Commercial Group: Linking Quality Goods to the World" strategic cooperation agreement, charting a development blueprint for transnational industrial collaboration and international trade对接.

From October 25 to 26, as a representative of a state-owned comprehensive supply chain service provider, Zhao Sen was invited to appear at the 2025 ASEAN Business and Investment Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing impetus for deepening China-ASEAN supply chain cooperation and the new layout of brands going global.
