Job Responsibilities
1.Identify, assess, monitor, and control legal risks in operational and management activities, and formulate risk prevention measures.
2.Review the legality of various business contracts, agreements, and other legal documents of the company; handle labor contract-related matters to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
3.Participate in important business negotiations, and provide professional legal opinions for the drafting and signing of agreements and contracts.
4.Represent the company in handling litigation or non-litigation legal affairs to safeguard the company's legitimate rights.
5.Lead compliance management work, organize internal legal knowledge training and skill improvement activities.
6.Complete other legal-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in law preferred.
2.Required to pass the National Legal Professional Qualification Examination and hold a lawyer's practice certificate.
3.Possess strong writing skills and legal logical thinking ability, with good communication, coordination, and team cooperation skills.
4.Under 35 years old, with 3-5 years of legal-related work experience; those with experience in corporate legal affairs will be preferred.
5.Familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as the Civil Code, Company Law, Labor Law, etc., and have a solid foundation in legal practice.
6.Have strong principles and execution ability, be proactive in work, able to withstand certain working pressure, and have good professional ethics.
