Job Responsibilities:   

1. Conduct Chinese-English translation for international operations and maintain fluent communication with global stakeholders.

2. Facilitate communication with overseas clients/partners, participate in business discussions, track collaboration progress, and provide timely updates.

3. Support pre-negotiation preparation and on-site execution, organize materials, document key points, and assist agreement implementation.

4. Collect and analyze overseas market trends and regulatory policies to deliver business-impact insights for decision-making.

5. Participate in planning and follow-up activities for international business events.

6. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in English, International Trade, or related fields with fluent oral communication and exceptional Chinese-English translation skills.

2. Possess relevant business English work experience and thorough understanding of international trade procedures.

3. Demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills, quick-thinking ability to accurately interpret client requirements and relay them efficiently to internal teams.

4. Achieve CET-6 or equivalent certification; exhibit excellent English proficiency across listening/speaking/reading/writing; apply proficient computer literacy; maintain effective communication capabilities.

5. Display team-oriented mindset with proactive work attitude and consistent dedication to responsibilities.

Compensation Structure：

Probation Period：1-3 months. Outstanding performers may be considered for early confirmation of employment.

Basic salary for probationary employees at Qingdao headquarters and branch offices: RMB 3,500.

After confirmation:

Qingdao headquarters: RMB 5,500.

Branch offices (excluding Shanghai and Hong Kong): RMB 5,000.

Shanghai branch:

Probationary period: RMB 5,000.

After confirmation: RMB 6,500.

Hong Kong branch:

Probationary period: RMB 5,000.

After confirmation: RMB 7,000.

Performance Salary：Linked to individual performance appraisals, distributed monthly/quarterly based on appraisal results.

Allowances and Benefits：Five social insurances and one housing fund, meal allowance, high-temperature allowance (for 3 months), etc., issued in accordance with company regulations.

Bonuses：Annual year-end bonuses will be distributed based on the company's operational performance and employees' annual performance.
